An oldie, but goody from my Stampin' Up Friend Chris:
1 stick of butter
2 C sugar
12 oz bag of chocolate chips
1/2 C milk
2 1/2 C quick oats
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C peanut butter
Melt butter in pan, add sugar, chocolate chips and milk; boil 1 min. Take off heat; add oats, vanilla and peanut butter. Spread on wax paper in cookie sheet pan with edges. Freeze until ready. Keep in fridge.
