3/4 C olive oil
3 Tbsp Montreal Steak Seasoning
1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
Mix ingredients together in Quick Shake Container by Tupperware. Put steaks in Season-Serve Container and pour marinade over steaks. Flip container a couple of times, then put in refrigerator at least 8 hours or preferably overnight.
I have used this on New York Strips, Rib-eyes and Sirloin steaks.
Last summer, I marinated steaks, vacuum-sealed them in my FoodSaver and then froze them. We took them to the beach and cooked them in our condo. Not only were they cheaper to buy at Costco than the grocery at the beach, they were much better than what my dh ordered at a couple of the restaurants.
