When it comes to dark circles, use Regeneration® Tight, Firm & Fill® Concealer in a shade lighter than your foundation if they are recessed or use a shade darker than your foundation if they are puffy.

Put a small amount of Regeneration Tight, Firm & Fill Concealer on your fourth fingertip. Dot it on and move from the outside corner of the eye inward, and back out again. Gently patting to blend; never rubbing it in.
