Easy Pumpkin Spice Cake

1 box spice cake mix
1 15 oz. can of pumpkin
3 eggs

1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp Penzey's Baking Spice ~or 1/4 tsp. cinnamon + 1/4 tsp. nutmeg~
2 - 3 tsp milk

Preheat oven to 350 deg.  Mix cake mix, pumpkin and eggs by hand.  Batter will be very thick.  Pour into greased bundt cake pan.  Bake for 38 - 43 minutes.  Let cool in pan for 15 minutes, then flip onto serving plate  Pour with spiced glaze when completely cooled.  Glaze will soak into cake.

Glaze:
Mix together powdered sugar, baking spice and milk to desired consistency.  Drizzle over cake.

*I cook this cake in the my microwave in my silicone bundt cake pan from Tupperware.  You can also use the Stoneware Fluted Pan from Pampered Chef
